He was predeceased by: his parents, Eulalia Dean (Hernandez) and Oscar Jay Dean Sr.; and his siblings, Raymond Dean and Louise McKinney. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Dean; his children, Richard Dean (Sandra), Glenn Dean (Lauren), Angela Dean and Tiffany Smith (William); his sisters, Linda Cramer, Peggy Isacson and Sarah Walker; his grandchildren, Stephanie Long, Ashley Dean, Lily Smith, Solomon Smith and Everly Smith; and his great grandchild Amelia Long. He is also survived by numerous other extended family members and many friends.
