He was predeceased by: his grandmother Juanita Contreras; his parents, Oliva Cruz Garcia and Valentine Garcia; and his sister Pearl Ann Garcia. He is survived by: his siblings, William Garcia, Ruben Garcia and Peggy Sue Garcia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
