He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Hugon and Margaret Ruth Hugon. He is survived by: his wife Connie Hicks Hugon; his children, Chris Hugon and Mandy Price; his sister Evalynne Bartee (Jim); and his grandchildren, Adrian, Max, Ali, Christian, Cole and Kirsten. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
