She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Alice and Edwin C Carnes; and her husband Charles Wesley Boyd. She is survived by: her children, Lana Dillman and Beverly Kelling; her son-in-law Franz Kelling; her grandchildren, Adam Kelling, Matthew Kelling and Hollie Williams (Price Williams); and her great grandchildren, Kaleb Kelling, Jacob Kelling, Isabella Kelling, Gideon Williams and Jolene Williams.
