He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Luu Pham and Ti Dong; his wife Nhu; his children, Peter Vu Pham, Tess Linh Pham, Vivian Van Pham and Tilly Trang Pham; and his grandchildren, Christopher Lap Le, Michelle Mi Le, Nathan Khang Pham, Samantha An Pham, Justin Huan Nguyen, Eric Hieu Nguyen and Isabel Ngoc-An Nguyen. He was also cherished by many other relatives and friends.
