She was predeceased by: her husband Pedro Gallegos Sr.; her son Gabriel Gallegos Sr.; her daughter-in-law Mary Flores Gallegos; her daughter Martina Gallegos; her parents, Eliseo Rivera and Matilda Rivera; her great grandchild Jacob Garcia; and her siblings, Ramiro Rivera and Sarah Rubio.
She is survived by: her son Pedro Gallegos Jr.; and her children-in-law, Lupe Gallegos of Houston, Robert Zapata of Placedo Texas and Victoria Gallegos of Houston Texas. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 8 sisters and 2 brothers.
