He was predeceased by: his father Richard Valdez Moreno; and his parents-in-law, Vance Tompkins and Judy McGowen. He is survived by: his mother Geneva Mottu Moreno; his children, Richard Vance (Little Richard) and Sara Kate (Max Labay); his wife Tracey Lynn Tompkins; and his siblings, Yolanda Marin (Carlos), Kristine Fox and Ray Moreno (Stephanie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, many special friends.
He loved life and wanted to pay it forward through his Gift of Life through organ donations.
