He is survived by: his friend David Bliss; his wife Marcia McLaughlin Wallace; his stepchild Chris Lindenmayer; his son Shane Cain (Jennifer) of Port St; his siblings, Millicent Stafford of Longview, Texas and Jack Wallace (Bevelyn) of Fairhope, Alabama; his friend Dwayne Wilson; his caregivers, Gladys Walker, Sammie Holmes, Charlotte Holmes, Felicia Carger, Daisy Jenkins, Pam Johnson and Rosalyn Mitchell; and also Sarah Susilovich. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
