He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Norma Howard and Roy Von Howard; and his brother Royce Howard. He is survived by: his wife Denise Kirkman Howard; his sons, Ronald Ray Howard, Jr. (Kerry), Jonathan James Andrews (Lyndsay) of Lumberton and Cutter James Howard (Jean Marie); his grandchildren, Jack, Tate, Reed Howard, Paisley, Collins Andrews, Milam and Wells Howard; his sisters, Sue Becknell (Doug), Dodie Howard and Judy Bircher (Paul); and his close friend Mike Melnar. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
