Garza; his children, Aidè M. Garza, Maria Eliza Garza, Laura Alicia Garza and Roque Garza Jr.; and his siblings, Josefina Garza of Cardiel, Juana Vela Garza, Rafael Vela Garza and Reynaldo Vela Garza.
