She was predeceased by: her parents, Irish O'Donnell (John Joseph "J. J.") and Elizabeth "Lily" O'Donnell; her former husband Blase Licce; her siblings, Maureen Sweeney, Jim O'Donnell and Jack O'Donnell; and her siblings-in-law, George Baranda, Richard Sprouse, Pat Sweeney and Betty Jean O'Donnell.
She is survived by: her stepdaughter Kathie; her close friends, Gia, Cash, Micky Bird and Raggles; her granddaughter Railey; her sons, Blase Licce and Christopher Licce; her great grandchild Delilah Rose Robinson; and her sisters, Arlene Baranda and Betty Sprouse. She is also survived by her daughter, Kathie Licce Back, and son-in-law, Ron Back; her grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to BARC Animal Shelter in Rose's memory, honoring her lifelong love for animals.
