It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra L. Vann of Houston, Texas, who passed away on March 5, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ella Louque and Andrew Louque; her brother Andy Louque; and her husband Dennis Vann. She is survived by: her children, Louque Vann (Davy) and Jenny Vann; her grandchildren, Joshua Vann, Justyce Vann, Benjamin Gutierrez, Madison Gutierrez and Reilly Dimarco; her siblings, Theresa Freeman (Michael), Connie Martin, Bob Louque (Bonnie) and Kent Louque (Pam); and her sister-in-law Peggy Louque.
