She was predeceased by: her parents, Joanna Cotton and Ed Cotton; her son Ray McMullen III; and her siblings, Dixie Charlene Jones, Linda Jane Cotton, Edgar Joseph Cotton and Michael Joseph Cotton.
She is survived by: her children, Billie Jo Aguilar (Andrew), James Wesley Cotton (Tammy) and Robert Winston Ragsdale; and her grandchildren, Donna Jo Valdez (Sunday), James Aaron Smith, Jesse James Smith and Jasmine Guy Smith. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other extended family members, and friends.
