She is survived by : her brother Volkmar Becker (Gisela); her siblings-in-law, Dr. Manfred Dannenberg and Christa Becker; her children, Michael Denny and Judee Barrett (Chad); her grandchildren, Elle and Lyla Barrett; and also Timo Becker.

“All my sympathy to Sunnàs family. I just learned the sad news of her passing. Sunna was a good friend of mine in Jacksonville 1967-69. I met her again in Paris in 2006. We met in Toronto when her son was a few years old and I also stayed with her wonderful parents in Aachen and visited with her beautiful sister Unda. This news makes me very sad as she was a very special person full of energy, resourceful, daring and bold. May she Rest In Peace! Myriam Strauss”
