She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eleanor Harriss Pauls and Louis Edward Pauls; her grandparents, Loula Curtis Harriss, Baylis Earle Harriss, Carrie Cortes Pauls and Peter G. Pauls; her husband Nathaniel Dehass McClure; her siblings, Eleanor Pauls Schaeper, Peter G. Pauls and Louis E. Pauls Jr. (Nathaniel D. McClure); her children, Henry Winfield Atherton III, Carrie Atherton Denson (Charles) and Baylis Harriss Atherton (Jo); her grandchildren, Forrest Bruce Denson and Avery Eleanor Denson; and her stepchildren, Nate McClure, Sue Manning, Mary Zoesch and Geoff McClure.
