She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuela Escalante Cuellar and Panfilo Cuellar; her husband Joe Lozano Silva of Corpus Christi; her daughter Doris Torres (late Eddie Torres); and her siblings, Estefania Esparza (late Reynaldo Esparza), Robert Cuellar (late Margie Cuellar) and Rosa Rosales (late Julian Rosales, Sr.).
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Silva (Yolanda Silva), Joe Silva Jr. (Delores Silva), Josephine Ruiz (David Ruiz) and Michael Silva. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
