He was predeceased by: his sister Janet. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his sister Judy Agee (Dick); his children, Krista Burkhardt (Jon), Amy Cashel (Robert), Ty Tatham (Jennifer), Marci Ross (Larry) and Matt Tatham; and his stepchildren, Latecia (Doug), Kent (Laurie) and Shawnee. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
