He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Eleanor Burnett (Louis Joseph) and W. I.; his grandson Marlon Vincent Joseph Jr.; and his siblings, Thomas and Jemma Burnett.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Vialva-Joseph; his son-in-law Jermaine Francis (Monique Francis); his grandchildren, Jillian Joseph, Peggy Joseph and Marlon Joseph; his great grandchildren, Kqurstin Norris, London Joseph, Harmonee Joseph, Aubrey Joseph, Jailen Francis and Jaliah Francis; and his sibling Addison Norris.
