Viola M. Varner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Viola M. Varner of Houston, Texas, who passed away on November 27, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Krenek and Sophie Krenek; her husband Doyle R. Varner; her daughter Sherrell Ann Overton of Huntsville, TX; and her siblings, Bessie Hubenak, Dorothy Rachunek and Joe Krenek.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Christopher Goodrow (Lisa Goodrow) of Rosharon, TX, Nicole Renee Mendez (Rodger John McAnany) of Dallas, TX, Matthew Joseph Mendez (Tyler Witt Mendez) of Spring, TX, Jenny Varner (James Pugh) of Santa Monica, CA, Russell Varner III (Sarah Carlyle) of Houston and Jesse Varner (Karina Gomez) of Aurora, CO.; her great grandchild Megan Goodrow of Ft. Worth, TX; her grandson Alec Glass of Pasadena, TX.; and her caregivers, Cheryl, Vanessa, Maggie, Shai, Marisol, Faith, Nancy and Lucy. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
