He is survived by: his parents, Todd Marion Johnson and Paige Smither Johnson; his brothers, John David Smither Johnson (Katherine Woolridge), Pierce Henderson Johnson (Elizabeth), Willard Hill Johnson and Blake Smither Johnson; and his cousin Craig Johnson (Kathy, family: Clayton Johnson, Susanne Maida, Ashley Langley, John Kerr Smither, Zou Kerr Cherry, Martha Smither, Sam Schneider). He is also survived by his aunts, uncles.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests, with gratitude, that memorial contributions be made to Wells M. Johnson Recovery Foundation.
