He was predeceased by: his wife Esther Waller; his parents, Falvey William Waller and Elsie Mae Rogers Waller; his siblings, Gloria Galindo and Larry Waller; and his daughters, Candy and Darlene.

He is survived by: his children, Steve, Gary, Anthony, Jay, Russell, Joe, Jackie, Rhonda, Angela, Becky, Kathy and Mona; his sister Linda; his grandchildren, Jacob, Dominique, Zackary, Chris, Ashton, Daniel, Jeremy, Johnathan, Blake, Dawson, Paul, Ashleigh, Destiny, Faith, Sabrina, Tiffany and Tabitha; his great grandchildren, Houston, Chasity, Kennedy, Asher and Drew; and his great great grandchildren, Isaac, Delilah, Nicholas, Isabella, Arial, Carsen, Jocelyn, Cole and Ben.
