He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann "Betty" Harrison; his children, Leigh Harrison Kent (Matthew) and William Henry "Bill" Harrison IV; his grandchildren, Nathan, Kaitlyn Harrison, Elizabeth and Caroline Kent; and his siblings, Mebane Harrison and John Claibourne Harrison (Susan).
