He was predeceased by: his parents, JB Scott and Sadie Scott; his wife Nollie Scott; his son Willie James Scott, Jr.; and his sister Georgia Texada.
He is survived by: his daughter Janeia Biggens (Wilbert Biggens); his grandchildren, Samuel Biggens, Desirea Scott, Ashya Scott, Bryana Scott, Willie Scott III, Latara Biggens, Tireka Biggens, Kelsey Biggens, Kevin Biggens, Emil Biggens and Emily Biggens; his great grandchild Grayson Biggens; and his siblings, Jimmie Scott (Wanda Scott), Antoinette Kempt and Jerrilyn Scott. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
