We are sad to announce that on July 15, 2018, at the age of 81, Murry Akins Jr. (Howe, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Martina Akins (Lawrence); and his stepson Dickie Hayes. He is survived by : his children, Mark Akins of Howe, Greg Akins (Sue) of Howe, Eric Akins (Janice) of Howe, Kent Akins of Howe, Doug Hayes (Melissa) of College Station and Jill Cole of Roanoke, TX. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
