He was predeceased by : his parents, R. D. Howell and Sybol Howell; and his brother Dannie Howell. He is survived by : his significant other Charlotte Howell (Phillips) of Hubbard; his children, Chris Howell (Judy) of Hubbard and Leslie Singleton (Travis) of University Park; and his grandchildren, Christian Howell of Hubbard, Brett Howell of Hubbard, Macy Howell of Hubbard, Maggie Howell of Hubbard, Neely Singleton of University Park, Tessa Singleton of University Park, Josh Roberson and Nicole Winters. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and other extended family.
