It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Mary Gilles of Huffman, Texas, born in Houma, Louisiana, who passed away on July 15, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father John Sullivan Dishman, Sr.; and her siblings, John "Sonny" Dishman, Jr., James Dishman, Robert Dishman, Davis Dishman, Leon Dishman, Elsie Falgout and Anna Laura Boudreaux.

She is survived by : her husband Fred B. Gilles, Jr.; her children, Marti Gilles and Samantha Smith; her siblings, Gerald Dishman (Wanda), Carolyn Margaret Lapeyrouse (Lanson), Susan Dishman and Elaine Dishman; and her grandsons, Clarence "Tre" Brandley and Michael Brandley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
