He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Neal Sr. and Beulah T. Rossum Neal; and his sisters, Orex, Autry Jean and Gloria.

He is survived by: his sons, Steven G. Neal (Andrea) and Torrance J. Neal; his wife Judy Carol; his grandsons, Cameron, Jacob, Justin and Christopher; his great grandchild Aidan; and his brothers, Dexter Neal (Cleal) and Johnny Neal. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

He made a significant contribution to the lives of many.
