He is survived by: his wife Sherry Bolton of Splendora, Texas; his children, Jerry Dale Bolton Jr. (Jennifer) and Chasity Rose (Aaron); his grandchildren, Cullen Dallas Rose and Carlee Dale Rose; and his siblings, Kenneth Bolton, Glen Bolton, Fred Bolton and Faye Bolton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
