He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Offenbacher and Leeta Offenbacher; his former wife Ruth Binkley Offenbacher; his wife Gertrude Offenbacher; his brothers, James, Charles, Norman and William; and his sons, Robert Alan Offenbacher and Maurice Eldon Offenbacher.
He is survived by: his children, Ray Offenbacher (Ann) and Lisa Thomas; and his grandchildren, Rodger Offenbacher, Beverly McCool, Desiree Peden, Stephanie Andrus, Raymond Offenbacher, Andrea Lanning and Amanda Lanning. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, and two great great-grandchildren.
