She is survived by: her husband Fred Duggan of Huntington; her son David; her daughter-in-law Terri Duggan of Lubbock, TX; her daughter Jessica Duggan of Huntington; and her father David Segrest of Lufkin. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
