He is survived by : his father Edward Johannes Kvale of Ennis; his son Blake; his daughter-in-law Theresa Kvale of Houston; his daughter Ashley; his son-in-law Aaron Johnson of Huntington; his grandchildren, Edward Kvale, Elizabeth Kvale, Evelyn Kvale, Emily Kvale, Conner Johnson and Madison Johnson; his sister Kathy; his brother-in-law Sam Colvin of Ennis; his brother John; and his sister-in-law Pam Kvale of Dallas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
