We are sad to announce that on May 24, 2025, at the age of 79, Karen Elaine Martin Barnsley of Huntington, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Martin (Tribble) and Ross David Martin; and her siblings, June Martin, Sybil Jones, Billie Martin, Martin and Betty Courtney.
She is survived by: her husband Gordon Barnsley of Huntington; her children, Marty Evans of Huntington, Lynne Denise Blackledge of Covington, Charles Blackledge of Houston, Melissa McKinney of Huntington and Toby Newton of Oklahoma; her stepdaughter Heather Harrison (Mitchell) of Rockwall; and her grandchildren, Chance, Chase, Chiana, Clara, Bryan, Toby, Jr., Dillon, Delilah, Chloe, Maycee, Katie and Dylan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carroway Funeral Home (9475 US-69, Huntington, TX 75949). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
