He is survived by: his children, Clay (Heather Duett Ellington), Mike (April Davis) and Angela; his son-in-law Jason Rice of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Tyler Rice, Christopher Rice, Samantha Harrison, Katie Davis, Max Davis, Branson Ellington, Brayleigh Ellington and Olivia Ellington; and his sisters, Barbara Phelps of Huntington, Donna (Roy Johnson), JoAnn McGough of Huntington and Susan (Joe Nerren). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
