She was predeceased by : her parents, Pete Skeens and Lizzie Skeens (Belcher); her husband Carles Neal Harlow; and her brother Clifford Adkins of Huntsville. She is survived by : her son Larry (Lesly Harlow) of Longview; and her grandchildren, Emma Harlow of Huntsville and Neal Harlow of Longview.
