She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Lester Farris and Edna Emma Leonard Farris; her former husband William Frank Langley; her husband Robert Hugh Turner; and her siblings, William L. Farris, Harold Farris, Gaylord Farris and Anna Merle Wells.
She is survived by: her stepmother Della Leonard Farris; her children, Emmett O. Turner (Christi), William David Turner and Donna Jean Barron (Earnest Barron); her grandchildren, BJ Bodin, Rusti Hendrix, Heather Robinett (Chase) and Rebecca Waltz (Jesse); her great grandchild Ethan Waltz; her sister Della Perle Robinson; and her brother-in-law James "Red" Wells.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home - Huntsville (1700 Normal Park Dr, Huntsville, TX 77340). A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Farris Cemetery. A reception was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the West Sandy Community School (732 Farm to Market Rd 3179, Huntsville, TX 77340).
