He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Frank Rice and Sue Jackson Rice; and his wife Thelma Lee Rice. He is survived by : his son Gerald; his daughter-in-law Monica Rice; his brother Victor; and his sister-in-law Sue Rice. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
