She was predeceased by : her husband Richard Koctar; her daughters, Francis, Carolyn and Dianna; her parents, Delphia Chaney and Leonard Chaney; and her brothers, Doyle (Rose Ann), Gene (Peggy) and Bill.
She is survived by : her sons, Richard (Debbie Koctar) and Kenneth (Susan Koctar). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
