She was predeceased by: her parents, W. B. "Dub" Burney and Alla Mae Burney (Herman); her brother William; and her son Edward. She is survived by: her sons, David Smith (Caty) of Lewisville, Douglas Smith of Bedford, Randall Smith of Grand Prairie and Todd Williamson; her grandchildren, Jordan Smith and Andrew Johnson (Haleigh); her great grandchildren, Hadleigh and Alexander; and her siblings-in-law, Karen Burney, Thomas and Larry Williamson (Wanda). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends.
