He was predeceased by: his brother Daniel Howie. He is survived by: his children, Megan (Jon Garland) and Dylan Howie; the parent of his children Tish Allen; his granddaughters, Rylee and Adalee Garland; his parents, Florence Howie and Mike Howie; his sister Ella Alcala; his sister-in-law Miriam Orta-Howie; and his nephews, George and Andre Howie. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Port Aransas Civic Center (710 W Ave A, Port Aransas, TX 78373). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
