He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Arnold and Minnie Bell Arnold; his son Anthony Arnold; his grandson Dustin Brooks; and his siblings, Dorothy Ball, Loretta Griggs, Rose Rucker (Rosie), Marla Bowman, Rebecca Blevins (Becky) and David.

He is survived by : his wife Charlotte Sue Arnold (Woodruff); his children, Doug Arnold Jr. (Treasa) of Lubbock, Dawn Tatum (Victor) of Wichita Falls and Denise Lee (Paul) of Frisco, Texas; and his siblings, Richard Arnold (Mary) of Missouri, Kathleen Cramer (Marshall) of Missouri and Andrew Arnold (Hedi) of Wisconsin. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

“Doug truly shared his walk in Christ through his loving kindness and sweet spirit that so beautifully flowed through him to us all. His smile and giggles will always be with us. We will miss him here. We look with great Hope and anticipation of seeing him again “when we all get to heaven, what a glorious reunion and day that will be”. We love you Charlotte, so very much. Your family Circle isn’t broken. It’s just stretched to heaven now.”
