With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jenevieve Lee Schlaud of Iowa Park, Texas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Jenevieve left this world on July 23, 2025 at the age of 74, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Piorunek and Barbara Thourlby Piorunek; her brother Leo Piorunek; her father-in-law Kenneth G. Schlaud; and her sister-in-law Cathy Taylor.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Schlaud; her children, Amie Schultz (Ray), Ken Schlaud (Michelle), Paul Schlaud (Christina), Chris Schlaud (Jodi) and Matthew Schlaud (Amanda Fielding); her grandchildren, Jacob Schultz (Laney), Wyatt Schultz, Johnny Schultz, Olivia Richins (Harrison), Ryan Schlaud, Grace Schlaud, Iris Schlaud, Sofie Schlaud and Sam Schlaud; her great grandchildren, Josie Richins and Tanner Schultz; her siblings, Mary Alyce Billington, Rebecca Newman, Barbara Hobson, James Piorunek, John Piorunek, Monica Flagg and Julie Crump; and her mother-in-law June Schlaud.
A rosary will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (1008 N 1st St, Iowa Park, TX 76367). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
