She is survived by : her daughter Kay Whitfield (John); her stepdaughter Laurie Elzey; her granddaughter Lisa Green; and her great grandchildren, Chelsea Green and Dakota Howard. She is also survived by five step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild.
