He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Adolph Schleif and Mary Prestridge Schleif; and his brother John Walter Schleif. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Chewning Williams of Irving; his sons, Brett Arthur Schleif (Abby) of Grand Prairie and Bryan Richard Schleif of Euless; his granddaughters, Catherine Elizabeth Schleif and Hayley Isabella Schleif; and his siblings, Rick Schleif (Donna) of Cedar Hill and Marcy Martinez (Abel) of Irving. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
