With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Parker of Irving, Texas, born in Big Spring, Texas, who passed away on August 2, 2020 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Parker to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Hood Parker and Lona Carter Parker. He is survived by : his wife Billie Milton; his daughter Cindy Parker of Irving; his siblings, Frances Page (Larry) of South Carolina and Hood Parker, Jr. (Jo) of Snyder; his granddaughter Chelsea Berry of Irving; and his great grandchild Danica Embry. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
