He is survived by: his wife Pat Peavler; his sister Nancy Arnold (Phil Arnold) of Stevens Point, Wisconsin; his nephew David Arnold; his great-niece Lila Mae of Sevens Point; his brother-in-law Donald Sample (Evelyn) of Irving, Texas; and his nieces, Tiffany (Brent Tarr) of Irving, Jennifer (Rick Murillo) of Fort Worth, Texas, Jessica and Geno Porter of Grand Prairie. He is also survived by numerous other extended family members and friends.
