She was predeceased by: her husband James Adkins; her parents, Lydia Quintanilla and Ambrocio Quintanilla; and her brothers, Junior and Guillermo Quintanilla.
She is survived by: her children, Lola, Jack Forman, Ann, Jimmy Brown and Cody Barnes; her grandchildren, Angel Mauricio, Audrey Brown, Alivia Brown, Launa Forman and Jase Brown; and her sisters, Mary Gonzales, Eva Gonzales, Adela and Lilly Quintanilla. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
