She is survived by : her husband John Wayne Matlock Sr.; her daughter Holly Marion (Jason Hull); her siblings, Margie LaVerrel (Olan), Patricia Louise Kincaid and Dennis Glenn Forbus; and her brother-in-law Raymond Matlock (Peggy).
