He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Lowther and Grace May Lowther (Morton); and his siblings, Joyce, Carol and Bill.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys Lowther; and his children, David Lowther (Tracy), Jackie Lowther (Erma), Michael Lowther (Rebbecca), Donna Newell (George) and Elizabeth Ogle. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
