It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Weldon D. Smith (Jacksboro, Texas), who passed away on June 29, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Weldon Smith and Arminta Smith; his sister Betty Lassiter; and his nephew Lee Turner Jr.. He is survived by : his son Weldon; his wife Janie Smith of Chico; his sister Jewel Lewis of Weatherford; and his children, James Smith (Brenda) of El Paso, Sarah Hahs (Braden) of Rhome and Tim Smith (Sarah) of Dallas. He is also survived by 7 grandkids, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
