He is survived by : his wife Hilda Reyes; his children, Jaylinee Moreno of Tyler, Idalia Moreno of Troup and David Moreno of Troup; his siblings, Claudio Leon, Araceli Rivera Moreno, Guadalupe Moreno Rivera, Marco Antonio Moreno Rivera, Ana Isabel Moreno Rivera, Gloria Moreno Rivera, Paula Moreno Ochoa, Nora Ilda Moreno Ochoa, Gustavo Moreno, Tenorio Ernesto Moreno Ochoa, Ruben Moreno Baldillo, Victoria Moreno Quintero, Selena Moreno and Pedro Moreno Quintero; and his grandchildren, Clayton Micheal Hall, Logan Tant and Natalia Isabell Wright. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
